Octavio "Tony" Orta -  Prior to his retirement from the corporate world, Tony served as COO of Riverwood International Corporation (NYSE - RVW) as well as Chesapeake Corporation (NYSE - CSK). After 30 years of successfully managing his own portfolio of real estate, Tony founded and is the managing partner of Landlord Services of North Georgia, LLC. Tony also served as State Representative to the Pickens County Board of Realtors.

William "Bill" Wiseman - CPA. Bill is a management and accounting professional who served the Corporate world as Controller of the Brunswick Pulp and Paper Co., Controller of the Mead Corporation Coated Board Division and CFO of the Riverwood International Corporation and the Chesapeake Corporation's Packaging and Display Division. Bill serves as the chief financial member of Landlord Services of North Georgia, LLC.

Rodney Moon - After serving the United States Navy for many years, Rodney is the Maintenance Manager for Landlord Services of North Georgia, LLC. Rodney oversees the maintenance needs of over 55 separate real estate properties.                      

Toya Campana - Office Manager - Toya joined our team three years ago and has proven to be a very important part of our team.  She first joined us as Site Manager and physically met most of the tenants we have.  Since then she became Office Manager where she put her years of office management and computer systems expertise to use, constantly seeking to improve our administrative and systems practices.                      

Brenda Folsom - Site Manager - Brenda has joined Landlord Services of North Georgia as our Site Manager.  Her pleasant presence and demeanor are what most potential tenants first see of Landlord Services of North Georgia, LLC.  She has extensive background and experience in managing people which she acquired as a key member of the Pickens County Board of Education.
